We stand behind every order with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Made-to-Order Policy
All products are made specifically for your order. Because of this, they cannot be restocked or resold.
For that reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Incorrect color or variant selection
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Change of Mind Guarantee
We get it, sometimes things just don't feel right. If you've had a change of heart, we offer a one-time courtesy refund per customer within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- You will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost
- One change of mind refund per customer
Once we receive the item, we'll issue your full refund promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a problem (e.g. damage, printing error, or wrong item received), you must report it within 30 days of delivery.
In these cases, we will:
- Provide a complimentary replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
In most situations, you won't need to return the item.
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us at theonedayclub@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem (for defective/damaged items)
Once reviewed, we'll resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible
- Items must be unused for any resolution to apply
- The change of mind guarantee is limited to one use per customer
- We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria
