Theonedayclub uses a print-on-demand model. Your item is created and printed only after your order is placed. This ensures high quality and minimizes waste, and it involves two stages:
- Fulfillment time — Printing your design, performing quality checks, and packaging the order.
- Shipping time — Delivery by the carrier to your address.
Where Your Order Ships From
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, orders are fulfilled at the Printful facility closest to the destination:
- UK & EU orders are typically produced and shipped from Printful’s UK or European fulfillment centers.
- US orders are produced and shipped directly from Printful’s US facilities for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

Fulfillment and shipping times vary by product type and destination. The ranges below reflect typical timelines:

We print every tee on demand, just for you, so we don't offer exchanges or returns for sizing issues. Please use our size guide before ordering.
However, if you receive your order and have a change of heart, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (one per customer). No lengthy explanations needed, just reach out and we'll make it right.
